- Jatropha Oil
Jatropha oil is vegetable oil produced from the seeds of the Jatropha
curcas, a plant that can grow in wastelands. Jatropha curcas grows
almost anywhere, even on gravelly, sandy and saline soils. It can
thrive on the poorest stony soil and grow in the crevices of rocks.
When the seeds are crushed, the resulting jatropha oil can be used in a
standard diesel car, while the residue can also be processed into
biomass to power electricity plants.

those facing death. Seva Foundation addresses curable blindness in
India and Nepal, restore the agricultural life of impoverished
villagers in Guatemala, assist in primary health care for American
Indians, and bring attention to the issues of homelessness and

"movement of the family" toward a healthier relationship to the
environment. This is an
african aid work / sustainability education project aiming to bring locally appropriate
sustainability techniques to impoverished communities. Refugee support programs consist of creating water filtration systems in Nairobi Kenya and Arusha, Tanzania.
By educating young people and creating jobs locally in sustainable development we are also collaborating in hip hop, reggae, and tribal music, then encouraging young people to bring these techniques back home by learning how to conduct workshops of their own. Teaching and learning leapfrog each other forward toward a better future!
